1. How can I get information after I have paid for the jerseys?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 2 days you can trace your package(s).
3. How long will it take to receive my jerseys?
It usually, on average, takes 5-7 work days to receive your order when shipping to some Europe countries. Some remote countries will take more time for the delivery. But if the order just includes 1 or 2 Jerseys, the delivery time would be longer for about 30 days. We feel sorry for the inconvenience, but consider the expensive shipping fee, different shipping term would be used.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
You can view the current status of your order by visiting the Track Order Page. If you supplied us with a valid email address when you placed your order, you will receive notification when your order is shipped. If you need additional help, please feel free to contact us.
5. Which payment methods do you accept?
We Only accept Visa Card. For the first time customers please make sure to place your order to your billing address of your credit card or we will deny your transaction. After payment is completed, buyer needs to contact us immediately on the same day through email if buyer needs their item to be shipped to a different address.
