Missing Items or Shipments
If your shipment does not arrived within the estimated time of arrival,please contact us within a week from the Estimated Time of Arrival and we will take appropriate action to track down your shipment.
Your order will be replaced as soon as possible after we have conducted our investigation.
If some of the items in your order is missing, please contact us immediately for replacement. Sometimes our stock may be temporary sold out, then we will refund you for those miss out items.
Damaged Shipment
If you found your package damaged or opened upon delivery, please check the goods inside immediately and report to EMS if anything damage or missing. Send an e-mail to us at jersey.usa270@gmail.com with the photo of the damage goods immediately for a claim.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order only can be done if your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you are not allowed to cancel it.
If your cancellation is successful, a full refund will be remit back to your credit card.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date.Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.Feedback now! If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn,altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you.We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Important Note: Place order for 1 or 2 Jerseys will take a long time for the delivery about 30 days.
